The Policy and Procedures VISTA will:
- Establish a cohesive Policy and Procedure Manual that supports all units of the newly formed organization
- Assess and develop an onboarding system for employees
- Generate an organizational process for utilizing college work-study students

About the AmeriCorps VISTA Sponsored Organization
The Boys and Girls Clubs of North Louisiana addresses poverty by supporting children with education and by assisting with homework, math skills and reading skills. The Club also teaches life skills, healthy habits, and skills needed to graduate high school and become productive citizens. The Policy and Procedures VISTA will build capacity by strengthening the organization and its staff with consistency and continuity of its operations at all sites. The Policy and Procedures VISTA will continue to assist in the restructure of the newly created corporation’s policies and procedures to result in a comprehensive and cohesive structure in which the Boys of Girls Clubs of North Louisiana operates.
