SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
Candidates are screened and interviewed for limited positions each year. Interns are identified to be productive leaders of the future and eager to learn about our company. Successful interns effectively manage projects assigned and willing to help with tasks assigned by Mentor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The program is purposely broad in scope and designed to allows Interns flexibility in managing their learning.
- Interns are expected to make the most out of each experience assignment and develop their own learning in accordance with their interests.
- Interns are required to maintain a journal of their experience.
- The Journal will be a large compilation of Interns’ experience and should be organized and may contain photos, drawings or other methods of relevant documentation.
- A Mentor is assigned to each Intern for high-level supervision. The Mentor shall hold regular meeting with assigned Associates in order to assess progress and facilitate logistics and experience assignments.
- Performance assessments will be conducted on a regular basis for each Intern.
- Intern will conduct a presentation detail experiences and productivity of assignments at the conclusion of the internship.
Education and/or Experience: Once year of college maintaining a 3.0 GPA preferred. Preference will be given applicants who demonstrate industry-related experience through seasonal work or university-supervised internships.

Essential Physical Requirements:
Position routinely requires eight hour (8) days.
Employee must meet the physical standards expressed in the LOOP Occupational Health Assessment to be physically qualified to carry out the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Essential Sensory Requirements: Must have visual acuity to normal or near normal standards (correctible to not less than 20/63 in each eye), and be able to obtain a visual field score (VFS) of not less than 90.
Must also have unaided average hearing threshold of 70db or less in each ear.
