To be successful in this role you MUST excel at the following:
• High- energy attitude and a passion for retail
• Maintain a warm, helpful and fun shopping environment.
• Actively support our clientele program in-store and via tech outreaches such as Client book.
• Organize inventory on the sales floor and maintain a clean, minimal aesthetic of the shop throughout the day.
• Measure and exceed customer service goals, including customer retention and win-backs.
• Uphold consistent inventory accuracy.
• Communicate in a clear, concise and understandable manner.
• Strong interpersonal communication, organizational and follow through skills.
• Punctuality, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Need:
• Relevant experience working in a boutique retail environment (preferred, but not required)
• Ability to work weekends and holidays if needed. ( We are flexible and are willing to work with all schedules)
• A willingness to learn and be a part of a growing team.
