The Configuration Engineer Intern will perform the following duties:
- Documentation of business requirements and configuration design.
- Execute queries for metrics/reporting, audit, configuration validation, and testing.
- Provide production support and triage support issues.
- Execute pre-implementation test scenarios and verify results.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree program(s) / Current Status: Senior level undergraduate student with studies in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, ISDS or related field.
- Cumulative GPA: 3.0 preferred; 2.5 minimum cumulative GPA.
- Relevant Experience: Database Relationship or Data Analytics Coursework or experience is strongly required. Knowledge of SQL is preferred.
Other Qualifications:
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Must demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to think analytically and present ideas professionally.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to a changing work environment, and team-oriented.
- Undergraduates must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the Spring and Fall semesters and 30 – 40 hours per week during the Summer. Recent graduates must be able to work 30 – 40 hours per week year-round.
